Brigitta Anderson
Humanistic Psychotherapist
Humanistic Psychotherapist
Brigitta works in a relational, holistic, collaborative and explorative way, looking at the past, present, future, mind and body, as she believes these are all ultimately connected and informing one another. She is interested in understanding your story, your meaning-making and experiences, rather than judging behaviours and symptoms.
Brigitta works to deepen your understanding of yourself, strengthen self-awareness, self-acceptance, autonomy and connection, as well as process challenges, emotions, wants and desires, in a non-judgemental, warm, safe, and empathic space. As a therapist she is here to support, hold, attune, guide, sometimes challenge, facilitate and advocate for you, your growth and healing.
She has experience in working with a range of presenting challenges, including relationship/relational struggles, attachment difficulties, trauma, identity, sexuality, self-esteem/self-worth, self-image, depression and anxiety and works with people from the LGBTQ+ community.
Brigitta's background is based in the creative world, having worked for 15 years in graphic design and art direction.
