Felicity Brook

Person- Centred Psychotherapist

Felicity Brook

At the heart of Felicity’s approach is the belief that meaningful change emerges through genuine connection. Felicity trusts people’s capacity to make sense of their experiences when met with empathy and acceptance.

Felicity’s sessions offer a warm, supportive space where you can bring whatever feels most present for you. Some people arrive with clear concerns; others begin with a sense that something isn’t quite right. Felicity’s therapy room is a space to speak freely and at your own pace. Felicity aims to support you in understanding
your experiences.

Felicity has experience in working with times of transition, particularly moments when life shifts, whether expected or unexpected. These might include experiences of grief or loss, becoming a parent, changes in identity, relationships beginning or ending, or periods of uncertainty about direction or purpose. Whatever brings you to therapy,

Felicity will meet you as you are.

She is registered with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) as a psychotherapist in training and working towards full accreditation in private practice.

Felicity offers short-term and open-ended therapy for adults, both in-person and online.

Fee: £50

Felicity reserves a limited number of reduced-fee spaces for people who might otherwise be unable to access therapy. If cost is a barrier for you, you’re welcome to get in touch to ask about current availability.
