Helen Waller

Helen is a BACP‑registered integrative counsellor and sex & relationships therapist in training. She draws on psychodynamic and attachment theory as well as humanistic and psychosexual approaches to help clients shed light on unconscious processes, make meaning, and move toward healing.

Helen offers a warm, collaborative space to explore identity, intimacy, and the patterns shaping emotional and relational life, working with each person’s individual needs to open up new perspectives. She believes that through this process we can rewrite limiting narratives, discover new ways of being, and experience more fulfilling relationships.

Psychosexual therapy
Helen is offering a limited number of reduced rate slots for psychosexual therapy whilst in training until Mar 2027. Areas of clinical focus include:


• Erection problems • Premature/ early ejaculation

• Delayed ejaculation • Low desire • Orgasm problems

• Pain and penetration problems (vaginismus, vulvodynia etc.)

From September 2026 Helen will be offering reduced couples rates of £80 per session
