Rosanna Slinger
Integrative Psychotherapist

My approach is accepting and supportive to enable you to safely and creatively explore what it is you are struggling with. We can all become stuck or disconnected. I believe that therapy can help us slow down for a moment, help us to feel safe enough to reconnect with ourselves. It is then possible to listen at a deeper level, reflect and discover what it is our bodies are telling us we need. Then we can feel freer in ourselves and move towards change
I have experience of working with a range of experiences from relationship difficulties (including family estrangement), grief, trauma, suicidal thoughts, anxiety, depression and loneliness.
As someone who identifies as bisexual, I have a particular interest in LGBTQIA+ issues and identity. I have worked with clients who want an affirmative space in which they can explore their sexuality, relationships and relationship with their gender. In the society we live, it can be difficult to relate positively to ourselves when we feel we live outside of the ‘norm’ (whether it be our age, race, class and disability or a combination). Working affirmatively with however one identifies is essential.
Please get in touch for an initial, free 20-minute chat, to discuss what brings you to therapy and what you are hoping for. You can ask any questions and work out if you want to begin with an initial session.
Fees: £75 per session.
I offer a reduced fee for those who can’t afford my usual charge. These are allocated on a case by case basis - please contact me for more details.
